HerStitchCo began during one of the most meaningful seasons of my life — maternity leave. What started as a small hobby to pass time while my newborn slept quickly became something I truly loved. Embroidery gave me peace and purpose in those quiet moments, and I found joy in creating keepsakes that told a story.

At first, I launched my small shop under the name Threadz & Crafts, sharing handmade embroidered pieces with friends, family, and eventually online. When I returned to my 9–5 job after maternity leave, balancing motherhood and work became incredibly challenging. The lack of understanding and support — especially when my little one was sick — was disheartening. I constantly felt like I had to prove myself, and I hated not having the freedom to be there for my son when he needed me most.

Meanwhile, my side hustle kept growing — especially during the busy fall and holiday seasons. I worked long hours, often burning out from juggling both worlds. My husband encouraged me to make a choice, and after much thought (and faith), I decided to take the leap. I chose my passion — and I’ve never looked back.

In October 2025, I officially rebranded from Threadz & Crafts to HerStitchCo — a name that represents where it all began: her story, her hands, her heart.

Every piece I create is made with that same intention — to bring warmth, love, and meaning to others, one stitch at a time.
