Custom Orders

Because our items are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

  • Refunds

All custom items are made to order.

Non-Custom Ready-to-Ship Products

  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping

Mistake on Our End

We stand behind our work. If we made an error (wrong name, wrong colour, wrong size, damaged on arrival), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will gladly fix the mistake with a replacement.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized / personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Holiday/seasonal items

  • Sale or clearance

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to complete your order.
