At HerStitchCo, each item is handmade with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please allow time for production and shipping.

Processing Time

  • All items are made to order

  • Standard production time: 5–14 business days

  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother’s Day), processing may be longer

Shipping Time

Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

Canada & USA: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery delays due to postal carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your address before checkout.

If the address entered incorrectly by the customer:

  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages

  • If the item is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible.
Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or custom fees.
